Morgan figured out how to roll over last night. She did it twice then we got the camera and filmed the third one. She was pretty thrilled with herself. I can't believe how fast she is growing. The weeks are just flying by.

Advice is required

So my Babers slept threw the night and then 2 nights ago was up at 5 and then last night was up at 3 then 6. I didn't feed her and she went back to sleep eventually but is this normal??? I figured that once she slept threw she was just going to do it from then on. I have a rule that I won't feed her until after 6 a.m. no matter what. I have stuck to that but want to know if ya'll have had this problem. It really isn't that bad because she just cries back to sleep. I guess I should just stay on this route unless anyone has any other suggestions. I am so much better off then a week ago though. I am still off all things cow and she has not been colic since then. But, she is still a gassy little mama.
P.S. I love you Whitney, things will get better.

A miracle has come to pass

So the baby didn't throw up yesterday at all. Just a number of "blowout's" The fever seems to be mostly gone. 2 nights ago baby went to bed at 11 and woke up at 6. Last night she ate a little at about 9:45 then I put her in bed and she put herself to sleep and didn't wake up until 7:30. I am sooo thrilled. I hope it is not a fluke. Time will tell. My next goal is to put her to bed just a bit earlier each night. Last night was an answer to my prayers. I actually have the energy to do housework today which has been long neglected. I am still hoping I don't get sick. I have a very rumbly tummy but no nausea. I am thinking it is weird that I am actually excited for bed tonight to see how baby does. I need to post pics on here some. I'll do that later.

SERIOUSLY!!

OK So now the sleeping thing is going great. Morgan slept better Sunday night. Then Monday she came down with what the other kids had over the weekend. Great!! The poor thing was puking everywhere yesterday. Like full on launching garden hose type puke. So what a way to ruin our new sleeping agenda. But, I was pleasantly surprised. She finally fell asleep at 11 because after a massive puke at 10:30 and then slept until 6 am. which was much better then I expected considering she had next to no food in her tummy. She has been fevered this morning but has not thrown up yet. Hooray for that. So hopefully tonight will go even better. I think that maybe (just maybe) some day will seem a little more normal. I am going off throw up clean up duty for ever more. Yuck!! Nobody sit on the floor in our family room ever again.

The Return of normality

So last night baby went to sleep at 10. The other kids were in bed at 8 and pretty much went right to sleep. Then babers woke up at 2 and I kept putting that darn passy back in. I think she has gas. (as usual). She finally fell back to sleep. She didn't wake up until 6:30 to eat then back to sleep until 8. Lauren was up at 2 to get a drink but went right back to sleep. She is still asleep now. (9am) Horray. I might be able to function today. Any way, just thought you might like to know.

Go Figure

OK so,, My sweet baby is getting less sweet because she is/ was sleeping worse and worse. I don't think it is her choice though because she is gassy ALL THE TIME. I have decided to stop eating as much of anything that has to do with cow's. (Dairy/Meat/Cheese) She seemed to do a little better with that. So after several days this week of next to no sleep and constant fussing she finally settled down and slept her normal (if you can call it that) routine which is go to bed at 10:30 up between 4 and 5 to eat then back to sleep until 7-8. But, Go Figure, Lauren came down with the flu last night at about 11 and barfed everywhere, all over, all night. So Tim stayed up with her until 1 then I stay up with her until 4:30 when that baby woke up then Tim was back on duty with Lauren and I with baby. Lauren was really barfing every 20 - 30 minutes all night. After about 12 or 1 am she was only dry heaving and burping. Every time she would yack she would scream her head off. I can not believe it didn't wake up the baby or Landon or the neighbors. Tim is probably asleep on his desk today. I have been doing puke infested laundry all day and am now hitting a wall with my energy level. What a night! So maybe Morgan is getting sweeter with her sleeping but I am reduced to bread and water and poultry for my diet. One of these day I might sleep more then 20 minutes at a time and feel like a new woman. EYEYEYEYE!
